Reforma will help you change

Changing your identity is a big deal for any organisation. It can involve making some quite daunting decisions about your future.

At Reforma, we believe it should be an inclusive, creative and – most of all – fun process. I’ve got lots of experience running big branding projects as a creative director, I’ve been in charge of strategic comms and publications for national organisations, and I’ve worked closely with dozens of clients as a graphic designer and in PR. (I’m also halfway through my Masters in psychotherapy, just to top everything off.) I’ve learnt that proper change requires creativity and strong relationships.

Reforma is a collaboration between me and some of my favourite creative people – graphic designers, writers, strategists and developers who are interested in design for change. We offer everything from simple logos, publications design, typesetting and website design to full-scale rebrands including brand strategies, mission-and-vision workshops, the creation of brand guidelines, messaging plans and other strategic documents.

About Tom 2 website square.jpg

We’ve redrawn the branding process around three simple ideas

1. Change should be exciting
The best way to manage change is with creativity. That’s why our branding process is imaginative, collaborative and fun. And it’s why it’s flexible, with bolt-on options.

2. Keep it personal
The best brands grow out of the identities and strengths of the people they represent. So we support you through the process and build consensus by talking to as many of your people as possible.

3. Stay nimble
Our associates model means we can keep prices low while providing agency-quality work, with the right people chosen for each job, great creative direction and strong quality assurance.
